What we'll do
Let's discuss mental health! This is an open workshop in which I want people to be able to talk openly about mental health without judgement, stigma or prejudice. The aim of the workshop is to share what each of us struggles with right now and to use mindfulness techniques and teachings to help us get through these tricky times. We will discuss holistic healing, mindfulness, meditation, self-help, self-care, self-love and any other topic that will benefit the group. Let's remember that we are one. Let's support and love each other.
