My training groups are focused on the 6 core groups: Chest, Back, Arms, Shoulders, Legs, Calves.
I run two levels of classes Mon, Weds, Fri for beginners and Tues, Thurs, Sat for intermediate with advanced classes on request.
We will be using weights in later classes - for beginners I suggest up to 5k dumbells and intermediates up to 10kg - I recommended twist lock dumbells. If you are having issues please message me directly and I can give you alternative "weights" suggestions such as bottles of waters. I would also recommend investing in a matt as some exercises will be barefoot.
