I'm going to show you how to be the star with some elegant yet simple mains that will have your guests reserving their place at your next dinner part.

I have been a chef and restaurateur for over 15 years focusing mainly on European and British cuisine - my speciality is twists on traditional dishes.
Outside of cooking I enjoy travelling to different countries to experience different cuisines and cultures.
