If you are looking to keep fit and get in shape but need something that can work around your busy schedule and doesn't require any equipment then Calithenics is for you

This is a beginners guide to the basics of calisthenics and you will be doing:

- Pump:Reps and sets - these exercises are designed to get your body accustomed to blood circulating and oxygen to the muscles

- Circuits - these dynamic circuits combine 4 different exercises one after another for 15 mins and are to be done 1 after the other.

- Tabata - these style exercises were created to be one of the most time and energy efficient ways of training.  It is the epitome of HIIT - High intensity Interval Training.  You will work continuously for 4 mins.

- Supersets - Designed to take your body to the next level of performance, you will do one exercise followed by another with no rest.

- Cardio - Not a favourite for most people - but cardio is more than just burning, by having good cardiovascular endurance you will be able to push harder in everything you do - pump, circuits etc etc 

Calisthenics for beginners

Having worked in sales for over 15+ years and worked in many different industries I have experienced most sales techniques - from challenger selling to fundamentals like SPIN selling. 
Quite often there is a confusing as to what is the best sales technique to employ - in this pvlse I will run through the SPIN, SNAP,  Challenger and Solution selling.

I was so bored of spending hours in the gym and getting mediocre results that I decided to find an exercise type that suited my needs and times more adequately. 
After searching I discovered calisthenics and never looked back - my sessions will be exactly the routine that I use on a regularly basis that help me keep in tip top shape.
Generally the classes are great for beginner level through to mid level - for advanced please request these. 

My beginners guide to Calisthenics - I was working a 9-5 with hardly anytime to keep fit so I researched the most effective training method for me requiring little time and even less equipment that would be keep me fit and work around my schedule.
