This is a course for basic HIIT training. The exercises will be as follow:

1. Warm-up

Work out
1. 15 push-ups
- recovery( 5 burpees or 30-star jumps)
2. 15 tricep dips
- recovery( 5 burpees or 30-star jumps)
3. 16 Mountain Climbers
- recovery( 5 burpees or 30-star jumps)
4. 15 Hindu push-ups
- recovery( 5 burpees or 30-star jumps)
5. 40 Shoulder taps
- recovery( 5 burpees or 30-star jumps)
6. 20 Lunges
- recovery( 5 burpees or 30-star jumps)
7. 15 walkouts
- recovery( 5 burpees or 30-star jumps)
8. 1-minute plank
- recovery( 5 burpees or 30-star jumps)
9. 15 squat jumps
- recovery( 5 burpees or 30-star jumps)
10. 1 minute holding squat
- recovery( 5 burpees or 30-star jumps)
