In this high-intensity cardio bodyweight workout from trainer Alejandro Sanchez, you’ll spike your heart rate with high-knees, fast feet, and star jumps; plus work your core and lower body with jumping lunges and planks - at home! No equipment needed!

The training will consist of two circuits that we will repeat three time.

Circuit 1:
- 20. Star Jumps
- Fast feet (30sec)
- 40 High-Knees
-20 Power Jacks
- 20 tow taps

45-second rest.

Circuit 2
- 20 Star Jumps
-10 hand walkouts
-20 squats
-15 Jumping Lunges
-20 London Bridges

*REPEAT CIRCUIT 1 & 2, three times
